On Thursday 10th November Central Academy held a fantastic training seminar with GB High Performance Coach Gareth Brown and one of the worlds most successful coaches - double Olympic Champion winning Coach Paul Green.

Forty students from the club were totally inspired by the world class training and the seminar was enjoyed by all.
