Central had a great day at the British Taekwondo National Championships in Sheffield on Sat 24th Sept 22. Teigan Smith and Max Cartwright were both crowned “British Champion 2022” in their respective categories. Erin shaw was a Silver medalist and Alex Hogg came away with a Bronze. Lucas Ballantyne missed out on the medals but gave a good account of himself.
Teigan and Max have also both been selected for the GB Development Squad and will be attending training at the National Taekwondo Centre in Manchester over the coming year.
