At the British National Poomsae Championships held at Worcester University Arena on 30th November 2019, Central Academy’s Master Angie Bailey 5th Dan, became Individual A Class British Champion for the 10th Year in a row!

Master Angie won her first title in 2010 and has claimed the top spot in her category ever since.

There was further success for the Carronshore based club, with Natasha Wilson retaining her A Class Junior Female British crown.

In the K1 Red Belt category Max Cartwright, 11 and 12 year old Bethany Dewar both became individual British Champions.  They then teamed up to win the Ki Pairs category as well!

There were a host of other medallists from the Central team, who are now preparing for the British International Championships to held in London in January 2020.
