Central poomsae players had a great day at the Northern Ireland International Poomsae Championships in Belfast on Saturday (20th July). We had a team of 19 competitors and came away with a fantastic medal haul of 8 Golds, 5 Silver and 9 Bronze Medals! There were 350 competitors from more than 40 teams and Team Central were awarded the 2nd Place Overall Team Trophy!
Another outstanding achievement for the club - 2015 is turning out to be one of our most successful years ever!

Our Gold Medallists were:
A Class - Nicky Scott, Natasha Wilson, Claire/Chan and Angie/Nicky/Claire
B Class - Lynsey Burke and Lynsey/Susan/Karen
C Class - Karen Thomson

And our first ever para-taekwondo medal was a Gold - won by Charlie Stott

Silver Medallists:
Claire, Eilidh, Louise, Susan/Gary, Natasha/Sarah/Georgina

Bronze Medallists:
Sarah, Susan, Dawne, Ciaran, Billy, Angie/Peter, Sarah/Dawne/Louise, Natasha/Ciaran, Danika,Grace,Yesha
